Why it matters

A market worth entering, carefully

Italy's public procurement market is among the largest in the EU and open to foreign operators. But procedures are formal, deadlines are short, and case law evolves constantly. The firm assists foreign companies in English, acting as a single point of contact for the entire procedure.

Procurement and AI. Tenders run on automated platforms, the purchase of AI systems by contracting authorities, contractual clauses on the use of algorithms: this is where the firm's two souls meet. See the dedicated page.
