This website is informational only and requires no registration. Personal data processed are: technical navigation data collected by the hosting provider's systems (Aruba S.p.A.), necessary for the operation of the site and processed in aggregate form for security purposes; and data voluntarily provided by users contacting the firm by e-mail or phone, processed solely to respond to the request. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies. Visitor statistics are collected anonymously and in aggregate through Plausible Analytics, a cookieless tool provided by an EU-based operator that does not identify visitors; in line with the guidelines of the Italian data protection authority of 10 June 2021, no consent banner is therefore required.
The site's web fonts are hosted directly on the site's own server: displaying them involves no transmission of data to third parties. The site also contains optional links to the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): by activating them, users start a conversation governed by WhatsApp's own privacy notice.
Contact request data are kept for the time needed to respond and, where a professional engagement follows, for the period required by law. Data are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. No systematic transfers of data to third countries take place.
Those who send an application (curriculum vitae and any attachments) to the firm's e-mail address, whether spontaneously or on invitation, provide personal data processed solely for the selection of trainees and associates. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for any special categories of data contained in the curriculum, Art. 9(2)(b) and (h) GDPR and the authorisations of the Italian Data Protection Authority. Unsuccessful applications are kept for no longer than twelve months and then deleted; they are not disclosed to third parties.
No processing carried out through this site involves automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
Data subjects may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to the controller, and may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
